Nursery Admissions 2013-14

1.

Forms will be issued on 10th and 11th December, 2012 between 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Only 200 forms will be issued.
(Please see below sections for admission dates for siblings of existing students and Amanora citizens.)

Last date for submission of completed form is 15th December, 2012 up to 1:00 p.m.
|
|

Forms are also available online on www.ppspune.com. Only the first 200 forms will be accepted online on 10th and 11th December, 2012.
|
|
4.
|
A total number of 160 seats are available for Nursery. 25% seats are reserved under Right to Education Act. For the remaining seats first preference will be given to Amanora Citizens and Siblings of existing students. The remaining seats will be allotted on a random basis by a lottery system as selected by our software.
|
|
5.
|
Parents are requested NOT to stand in queue outside the school before
the scheduled date / time.
|
|
6.
|
Forms will be issued / accepted only for children born between June 2009 - December
2010.
|
|

|

* Birth certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation / Gram Panchyat will be accepted. Birth certificates without the name of the child / overwritten / scribbled or issued by hospitals will not be accepted.
# Amanora Citizens need to submit a copy of Index II or an allotment letter from the Amanora Office.

Admission list will be displayed on Thursday, 3rd January, 2013.
|

Fees will be accepted on Friday 4thJanuary and Saturday 5th January, 2013 between 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
|

In case fees are not paid by the due date the school reserves the right to cancel the admission & allot the seat to another applicant.
|
|
11.
|
Pre-primary section (Nursery, Jr. KG and Sr. KG) runs in two shifts (morning and afternoon). The shifts will be allotted solely at the school’s discretion. No request for change in shifts will be entertained.

|
Admission to Nursery section for siblings of existing students
|
|
1.
|
Issue and Submission of Forms and Fees : 3rd December, 2012 to 8th December, 2012.
|
|
2.
|
Admission will be granted only to direct siblings.
|
|
3.
|
Fees should be paid by the above dates to confirm admission. No preference will be given to siblings thereafter and you will have to undergo the normal admission procedure.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Admission to Nursery section for Amanora Citizens
|
|
1.
|
Issue and Submission of Forms and Fees : 26th November, 2012 to 8th December, 2012.
|
|
2.
|
Admission will be granted only to Amanora Citizens. Person staying on leave and license are not considered for direct admission.
|
|
3.
|
Fees should be paid by the above dates to confirm admission. No preference will be given to siblings thereafter and you will have to undergo the normal admission procedure.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Admission to Higher Grades
|
|
|
Admission to higher grades will be subject to availability of seats only.
|
|
|
There are NO Vacancies for Jr. KG, Sr. KG and Grade I currently.
If any vacancies arise due to withdrawal of existing students, the numbers will
be displayed on 9th May, 2013 and forms will be issued.
|
|
|
Admission forms for Grades II to VIII will be issued from Friday 1st March,
2013.
|
|
|
Admission forms for Grade IX will be issued from Friday 1st February,
2013.
|
|

Parents are requested to beware of anyone making false claims with regards to admission process & to kindly bring the same to our notice.

Any correspondence, discussion, telephonic or personal inquiries regarding the admission process will not be entertained. Any intervention or pressure in the normal admission process will lead to immediate disqualification of the applicant.

1) "Pawar Public School, Pune" for Rs.10,000/- towards Refundable
Caution Money Deposit, and

2) "Pawar Public School, Pune" for Rs. 10,800/- towards
Admission Fee, quarterly Tuition & Term Fee and Computer charges.
Kindly note this fee includes Tuition fees only for the
first quarter i.e. for the month of June, July and August 2013.

The above fee does not include Cost of Books, Uniform, Transport and Excursions,
which needs to be paid separately to the respective vendors.
|
|
In case the fees are not paid on due date the school reserves the right to cancel
the allotment and offer the same to another child.
